- Source: every active or completed booking on Packhood for the calendar month, joined with the host's listing for city + asset attribution.
- Average annual earnings are extrapolated from the month's payouts (×12), per opted-in host. Cross-currency totals are normalised to EUR using a fixed reference rate of 1 GBP = 1.16 EUR.
- "New hosts" = users with role host created in the calendar month. "Active hosts" = active + KYC-verified hosts at snapshot time.
- Privacy: no individual-host figures are surfaced; everything is aggregated (city + asset + country).
