Can I pay in a different currency to my home country?
Stripe charges in the host's local currency (GBP for the UK, EUR for IE/NL). Your card issuer handles the FX. We don't add a markup on top.
How does long-term billing work?
Monthly subscription via Stripe. End any month with 7 days' notice. No annual lock-in.
What if I can't collect on my return date?
Pause the move-out by extending one more month. Most hosts allow up to 60 days of grace at the same monthly rate.
Can I direct-deliver items from the seller to a Packhood host?
Many hosts allow it — confirm via the dashboard chat before the booking starts. Add the delivery date to the listing notes.
Are utilities included for climate-sensitive items?
Spare-room hosts inside an occupied home have ambient climate. Garage / shed hosts list "climate controlled" if applicable — filter by it.
