How Packhood works
- A renter searches by city, postcode, or proximity to a train station.
- They filter by space type (garage, attic, spare room, basement, shed, container, commercial unit), size, vehicle access, climate control, and price.
- They request a booking; the host accepts and the first month is held by Stripe.
- They move in. Once the renter confirms move-in, payment releases to the host and monthly billing starts.
- A renter who cancels more than 72 hours before the start date is refunded in full (50% inside 72 hours); after move-in, either party ends the booking with 14 days' notice. Reviews are mutual.

How do I cancel?
Before move-in: cancel more than 72 hours before the start date for a full refund, or inside 72 hours for a 50% refund of the first month. After move-in: end the booking with 14 days' notice; the current month is not refunded.
