The Packhood Host Index — coming with the next monthly run.

The first issue of the Packhood Host Index publishes on the 1st Tuesday of next month. We aggregate host earnings, top cities and onboarding numbers across IE/UK/NL into an open dataset for journalists, analysts and AI search.

Methodology + licence

  • Source: every active or completed booking on Packhood for the calendar month, joined with the host's listing for city + asset attribution.
  • Average annual earnings are extrapolated from the month's payouts (×12), per opted-in host. Cross-currency totals are normalised to EUR using a fixed reference rate of 1 GBP = 1.16 EUR.
  • "New hosts" = users with role host created in the calendar month. "Active hosts" = active + KYC-verified hosts at snapshot time.
  • Privacy: no individual-host figures are surfaced; everything is aggregated (city + asset + country).
