Only renters who have completed email + phone verification, plus Stripe Identity at checkout where required (3-D Secure / SCA). Your address is shared only after a booking confirms; renters agree to your access rules and prohibited-items list before they pay.

SpareRoom is for renting rooms to live in; Packhood is for renting space to store items. Different KYC, different insurance, different legal status — storage hosting is not a residential let, so no tenancy rights apply. That makes Packhood a much faster, lower-commitment way to monetise the same property.
