How small a space can I list?
A box-room footprint (~2 m²) is enough — most "small" listings clear €40–€70/mo. There's no minimum size.
What kinds of spaces does Packhood not allow?
Anything that's shared with strangers without your control, anything below building-code waterproofing, anything with active mould or rodent issues. Renters store their items there — it has to be a place you'd be comfortable storing your own.
How long until I get my first booking?
Active cities (Dublin, Cork, Manchester, Amsterdam, etc.) typically book within 6–14 days. Less-active cities can take 3–6 weeks. Premium suburbs sometimes book within 48 hours.
Will I have to give a tour?
Once for the photos, then never again unless you choose to. Most listings are managed entirely from your dashboard or phone — drop-off and pickup happen at access hours you set.
